We have just finished a 10 day coach tour of Canada and Yellowstone and would like to send head office a message about our coach captain Bill Bueckert. We found Bill to be a great credit to your company. His professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. The coach cleanliness both inside and out for the whole tour was amazing, never missing a day without washing the windows to ensure the best experience for the passengers. Best example of a Coach Captain please look after him, he is the best ambassador for your organisation.

I have been conducting tours for years and worked with literally hundreds of coach drivers, I have never had the pleasure to work with a man as gracious, kind and hard working as Al Beeton. These detours must have been absolutely exhausting for Al but not once did he grumble, complain or show any indication of fatigue on the road. He was amazing with the passengers. They were so impressed with his driving skills and consistent good mood considering the very difficult situation we were dealing with.
This tour was a success largely due to Al.

As both my husband and I work in hospitality we truly do appreciate great customer service. That is exactly what we received from every single staff member from our first point of contact, through the safe delivery of our wedding guests back into the downtown area on the night of our wedding. Our driver, Mal was so patient with all of our guests as we tried to round up groups to catch each shuttle.
