Corinne loves leading the way with innovative ideas that balance the needs of clients, community and company. She has over 22 years’ experience in the tour, travel and transportation industry.

As the former Director of Sales and Business Development for one of Canada’s leading motorcoach operators and the former long-term Director of Product and Operations for Canada for a major inbound tour operator, she holds a wealth of knowledge in sales, strategic planning, operations management, logistics, training and development, tour costing, contract negotiation and product development.

Corinne has worked in and travelled in over 18 countries, learning about new cultures and human dynamics. She has hired, trained and mentored a team of 25 field staff; coached organizations in quality control and crisis management and created training programs for tourism colleges.

In addition, Corinne has 13 years of long-haul touring experience as a Travel and Tour Director, as well as extensive program management experience with Destination Management Companies.

She holds Post-Secondary education in Science, Business Administration and Education and she is currently working towards a Professional Coaching Certification.

Corinne’s passion is people and servicing both the needs of BlueStar and exceeding expectations of the customer while maintaining relationships of high integrity and profitability.
